2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp grated orange peel
1/2 cup shortening
3/4 cup orange juice
2 eggs beaten
1 tblsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup coarsely chopped cranberries or crasins
1 1/2 cups of chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour sugar baking powder nutmeg cinnimon baking soda ginger salt and orange peel.
Cut in shortening till crumbling. stir in OJ eggs and vanilla until moistened fold in cranberries and nuts.
18 greased or lined muffin cups bake at 375 18-20 min
