2 Eggplants
1 large Finely Chopped Onion
1/4 green onions finely chopped
1/4 cup bell pepper
1/4 poun crab meat
1/2 Pound Shrimp
1/2 sticl oleo
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp thyme
1 1/2 cups italian bread crumbs
salt & pepper to taste
1 egg slightly beaten
1 pound ground meat

Directions:
Directions:
peel and dice eggplants. boil in water to which salt has been added until tender, drain and mash . in a skillet melt oleo and saute onions, peppers until soft. add shrimp and continue to fry until slightly pink. add eggplant, crab meat, 1 1/4 cup bread crumbs, seasonings, and egg. pour into a buttered casserole dish. top with remaining bread crumbs and bake at 250º oven for a hour or until brown.
