Ingredients: 16 oz Sour Cream; 8 oz Cream Cheese; 1 pkg H.V. Ranch Dip Mix (sour cream); 2 pkg Crescent Rolls (or other roll out pastry); Broccoli; Radishes; Califlower; Green Onion; Cherry Tomatoes; Shredded Cheese.

Directions:Cut up veggies into very small pieces. Combine first three ingredients and cool. Press rolls into rectangular cookie sheet. Bake for 8 minutes until lighly browned. (cont) Cool. Spread ranch mix onto crust. Top with veggies and cheese. |

Notes: This is my favorite "dish to pass" recipe because it is very colorful. I received this from Kevin's daughter Heather who is just beginning to set up house at age 23. I diverted from her recipe with the crescent rolls, because the Dublin Store did not have any. Instead, for the pastry bottom, I used the Pillsbury garlic flavored breadsticks dough, and it turned out fine.
