Cake:
2 1/4 cups flour
4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons shortening
3/4 tablespoon salt
2 eggs, well beaten
3/4 cup milk

Crumbs:
1 pound margarine, melted and cooled to room temp.
4 cups flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/2 cups sugar
pinch salt

Cake:
Blend shortening with sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Add this to flour mixture; add milk.
Crumbs:
Add the 1 pound of margarine to crumb mixture
Use a greased 10x15 jelly roll pan.
Put cake mixture into pan. Sprinkle crumb mixture on top of cake. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar when cooled.
