3/4 stick butter
2 C. sugar
4 T. flour
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 C. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan. Mix sugar and flour and add to the melted butter. Add eggs, buttermilk, vanilla, and lemon juice. Pour into two pie crusts. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. (Nutmeg may be added, to taste.)
