1 beaten egg white (stiff)
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 t vanilla
1 1/2 c pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Gradually add brown sugar and vanilla to egg white. Stir pecan halves into mixture with fork until all are coated. Lift pecan halves onto greased cookie sheet...each to itself. Bake 30 minutes at 250. Turn oven off and let pecans set for 30 minutes longer before removing from oven.
