collard greens (1-2 bunches)
water
grease
spoonful of sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Wash collard leaves good. Boil them in water until tender. Take collards out of boiler and put them in your iron skillet with some fried meat grease, salt and a little sugar. Take a knife or spatula and chop the collards up as fine as you would like. Do not add any water. Keep stirred and cook about 30 minutes. Taste and be sure that they are seasoned good.
