6-8 pork chops
salt and pepper
2 large onions
1 can mushroom soup
Kitchen Bouquet browning and seasoning sauce found at grocery store.

Directions:
Directions:
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper to taste. Layer chops in flat baking pan. Put mushroom soup in a bowl. Add enough Kitchen Bouquet to soup to make a brown gravy. Pour this mixture over chops. Peel onions and slice. Place one slice of onion on each of the chops. Cover the chops with aluminum foil. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Uncover and cook for an additional 15 minutes until brown. Serve with mashed potatoes.
