3-4 salmon filets
1 yellow pepper
1 red pepper
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place salmon in fish cage skin down or on foil. Set aside.
Cut up yellow pepper in strips, place in bowl.
Cut up red pepper in strips and place in bowl.
Chop garlic and place in bowl.
Pour olive oil in bowl to cover veggies.
Put some salt and pepper for taste. Mix well.
Place over fish, close cage or foil, and place on grill.
Cook longer - 10 min. skin down, and then 5 min. with veggies down.
