4 Tbsp butter
1/3 cup and 3 Tbsp light brown sugar
1 1/2 cups blueberries
3/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1/4 cup milk, at room temp

Directions:
Directions:
1) Heat oven to 350. Butter 1qt souffle dish.
Pour 2 Tbsp melted butter into souffle dish.
Sprinkle 3 Tbsp brown sugar over butter.
Scatter 1 cup blueberries over sugar. SET ASIDE.
2) In med bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. In another med bowl whisk remaining 2 Tbsp butter, 1/3 cup brown sugar, and the egg. Whisk the milk into egg mixture. Add flour mix whisk until smooth.
3) Pour 1/2 of batter into souffle dish. Sprinkle remaining blueberries over batter. Spread remaining batter over blueberries. Bake about 45 min., or until toothpick in middle comes out clean.
Invert immediately on serving dish. Serve warm with whipped cream.
