Equal parts each of:
shortening, melted
cooking oil
all purpose flour

Mix this well and store in refrigerator. Will keep almost indefinitely. Will work without melting shortening, too.

Spread with pastry brush into/onto pans whenever/whatever you are baking for no-stick results.
