2 pcs bread per person
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
shake of cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
mix vanilla & cinnamon into eggs - do not put milk into the eggs
melt butter in frying pan on medium heat
soak briefly the bread in the egg mixture
fry the bread on medium heat, turning when browned - serve with REAL maple syrup or whatever else you want
