3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter, melted

Topping:
1 c. packed lt. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix thoroughly mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla and melted butter. Pour into buttered casserole. (Aunt Clyde sometimes would use 1 large can Princella mashed yams.)

Topping: Mix topping with fork and sprinkle crumbles on top of casserole. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350.
