1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. tobasco sauce
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. mustard seed
1 pint whole kernal corn
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1 Tbsp. minced onion

Combine first 6 ingredients in sauce pan. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes. Cool. Add remaining 4 ingredients. Chill for several hours.

"Flavor improves on standing"....Aunt Clyde would use fresh corn from the cob but it written here that you can also use canned corn.
