2 PK. of Sur Jell or MCP (Fruit Pectin)
15 Cups Sugar
10 Teaspoon Cinnaman

DISCARD STEMS AND BLOSSOMED ENDS CUT INTO QUARTERS AND REMOVE SEADS. PUT APPLES QUARTERS THROUGH A GRINDER OR FOOD PROCESSER. (COULD PUT IN BLINDER AND PUREE FOR A FINER TEXTURE.)

PUT APPLE BITS, LEMON JUICE, CINNAMAN AND PECTIN IN LARGE 10 QT. POT AND COOK UNTIL IT COMES TO A BOIL. aDD SUGAR AND BOIL UNTIL TIME IS REACHED. pUT IN JARS AND SEAL.

1001 TO 3,000 FEET 5 MIN.
3001 TO 6000 FEET 10 MIN
6001 TO 8000 FEET 15 MIN.
8001 TO 10,000 FEET 20 MIN.
