WASH AND SLICE OR PEEL AND CHOP 12 RO 15 MED. SIZE CUCUMBERS
CHOP 4 WHITE ONIONS AND 1 SWEET PEPPER

SOAK ALL 3 HOURS AND DRAIN.

COMBINE AND HEAT:
2 1/2 CUP VINEGAR
2 1/2 CUP SUGAR
1 TABLESPOON MUSTARD SEED
1 TEASPOON TURMERIC
A FEW CLOVES
1/4 CUP SALT

BRING TO A BOIL ---- ADD CUC'S, ONIONS -- HEAT THROUGHLY. DON'T BOIL
