CHOPPED FINE
1 CUP RUSHED PINEAPPLE
5 CUPS SUGAR
JUICE OF 1 LEMON

COOK UNTIL THICKENED
OR
USE RECIPE IN SURE JELL PACKAGE FOR PEAR/PEACH JAM - SUBSTITUTE 1 CUP CRUSHED PINEAPPLE FOR 1 CUP OF FRUIT.

POUR INTO STERILIZED JELLY JARS AND SEAL.

This Recipe was made famous by Edith. All friends and family members loved this jam. This was make every Bartlett Pear season. We used to go to Concord or Walnut Creek, California and pick our own pear out of orchards that would charge you by the bussel. SLM
