Ingredients:  
1 c cornmeal
1 c water
2 tbsp honey
1/2 c milk
1 large egg
2 tbsp olive oil (can use other)
1/2 c flour
1 tbsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a heat resistant bowl (needs a lid), mix cornmeal and salt
2. Boil 1c water and add to cornmeal mixture
3. Add honey then stir for a few seconds
4. Cover bowl with lid and set aside for 10 minutes
5. In separate bowl, beat egg, add milk and oil
6. Add liquid mixture to cornmeal
7. Sift 1/2 c flour with 1 tbsp baking powder and wisk into mixture.
