1/2 1lb fettuccini noodles
5 tbsp butter or margarine
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup cream
2/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp minced garlic
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Begin to cook noodles
Over double boiler (if have one). If you do not cook over very low heat and do not allow to boil.
Melt butter. Add all incredients and cook until heated through. Pour over hot noodles and serve immediately.
