1 - 2 lbs chuck beef

1 envelope dry lipton onion soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

Crockpot

Directions:
Directions:
Wash meat until cold water
Place in crockpot and set to lowest setting
Randomly spread cream of mushroom soup over the meat
Sprinkle lipton onion soup over all
Fit lid to top.
Cook for 6-8 hours or more
Serve with mashed potatoes, carrots or other winter vegetables
