2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 pkgs frozen broccoli
1 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 1/2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 small Vidalia onion, chopped
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. of Italian Style Vigo bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil frozen broccoli for 5 minutes, drain well. Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. Beat eggs, stir in mayonnaise, mushroom soup, onions cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, and chicken. Fold in cooked broccoli. Place entire mixture in a casserole dish, sprinkle with a few bread crumbs and bake uncovered in 375 oven for 40 minutes.
