1/2 gallon water
1 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
6 to 8 cloves garlic, cut in halves
Cayenne to taste (I used 1/16 tsp)
Salt and pepper to taste (I used 1 Tbsp. salt and 1/2 Tbsp. pepper).
1 - 1/2 lbs. Kielbasa or smoked sausages, sliced into 1 - inch pieces
12 small new potatoes
4 carrots cut into fourths
1 can whole kernel corn
12 small white onions
3 lbs. shrimp (shelled and deveined)
1 lemon sliced
Chopped parsley, for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to a boil in a large stockpot, and add the seasonings to the water. Add Kielbasa, potatoes, and carrots. Bring to a boil and boil uncovered until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes. Add corn and onion and boil 5 minutes longer. Add shrimp and lemon slices, and simmer until shrimp are done, about 3 - 4 minutes. Remove lemon slices, and garnish with parsley.
