1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Onion - chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
12 Corn Tortillas
1-1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Brown meat and onions, add seasoning and tomato sauce.
Alternate layering torn tortillas and meat mixture in 2 qt. casserole dish. Top with cheese. Add water, cover and bake @ 400º for 20 minutes.
