2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/3 c. cocoa
3 tsp. vanilla
2 sticks butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 of a 2 oz. pkg miniature marshmallows

Icing:
1 box 4X sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter or margarine
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. cocoa
1 c. pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Let butter and eggs reach room temperature. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Sift flour and cocoa and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Mix well. Add vanilla and nuts. Bake in 13x9 inch pan 35 minutes in a 300º oven. Remove and add marshmallows on top. Return to a 350º oven for 10 minutes. Cool 1 hour.

Icing: Mix sugar and cocoa. Add butter and milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Add nuts and spread on cool cake.
