cup cocoa powder
cup flour
2 cups milk
1-2 teaspoons vanilla extract
cup ( stick) butter or margarine

Stovetop directions:
In large pan mix dry ingredients. Mix milk into dry ingredients with wire whisk. Add vanilla and butter and heat til thick; boil down to desired thickness.


Microwave directions:
In large glass microwave safe glass bowl or pouring pitcher mix dry ingredients. Mix milk into dry ingredients with wire whisk. Add vanilla and butter. Cook in microwave on high for 6-12 minutes, stirring at each 3 minute interval, until thick.
