Brownies:

1 stick butter
1 C. water
1/4 C. cocoa
1/2 C. oil
2 C. flour
1 C. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 C. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Icing:

1/3 C. buttermilk
1/2 C. cocoa
1 stick butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, melt 1 stick of butter. Add 1 C. water, 2 C. flour, 2 C. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt. Then add 1/2 C. buttermilk, 2 eggs, and 1/2 C. Mix and pour into greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Leave in pan; let it cool and frost with the buttermilk icing.

Icing:

Bring to boil: 1 stick butter, 1/2 C. cocoa, 1/3 C. buttermilk. Take off the stove and add 1 lb. of powdered sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla.
