4 eggs
1 1/2 C. sugar
1 T. all purpose flour
pinch of salt
1 1/2 quarts milk
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 C. half and half

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, sugar, flour and salt in blender. Heat milk to lukewarm in large saucepan. Gradually add 1 cup warm milk to egg mixture, blending constantly. Stir egg mixture into remaining warm milk. Cook over low heat 5 minutes, stirring constantly until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and stir in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Pour custart into freezer can of 1 gallon ice cream freezer; stir in half and half. Pour in any fresh fruit sweetened to taste.
