1/2 c. minced onions
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 cup sour cream
snipped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter until golden brown. Stir in beef and next 7 ingredients. Saute 5 minutes. Add soup and simmer. Uncover 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Sprinkle with parsley and serve on hot mashed potatoes, rice, buttered noodles or toast. Also good on Chinese noodles.
