2 cans shoepeg corn, drained
2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
2 jalepeno peppers, seeded and diced
6 green onions, finely sliced including tops
1 bell pepper, diced
4 T. Miracle Whip
lemon pepper to taste
seasoned salt to taste

Directions:

Mix all together and serve with Wheat Thins to dip with.

This is my mother's (Janice Ward) recipe which our family, young and old, has enjoyed for many years. I prefer serving the Kroger brand Wheat Thin style crackers with this recipe.
