2 CUPS GRATED RAW ZUCHINI (PACKED)
2 CUPS FLOUR
2 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
1 TEASPOON SALT
3 TEASPOON CINNAMON
3 TEASPOON VANILLA
1 CUP NUTS

MIX ALL TOGETHER AND POUR INTO A 4X8 LOAF PAN THAT IS GREASED.

BAKE AT 350º - 1 HOUR.
