ADD:

2 TABLESPOONS SUGAR INTO
2/4 CUP LUCKWARM WATER

BEAT:

3 EGG YOLKS IN LARGE BOWL
ADD YEAST MIXTURE AND ADD:

1/4 CUP SOFT BUTTER
1 TABLESPOON FLOUR

MIX AND KNEAD 2 OR 3 MIN.
Directions:
Directions:
LET STAND IN WARM PLACE TO RISE TO DOUBLE ITS SIZE.

BAKE BUNS OR ASSORTED PASTRIES BY ADDING FILLING OF JAM OR JELLY.
