3/4 C. oat bran
1/2 C. whole wheat flour
1/2 C. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 C. skim milk
3 T. vegetable oil
1 egg yolk, beaten
2 egg whites
vegetable cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oat bran with next four ingredients in a medium bowl. Combine milk, oil and egg yolk; add to dty ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Beat egg whites at high speed with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Gently fold this into the batter. Cook on a waffle iron as usual
