5 bananas
10 oz. milk chocolate chips
10 wooden Popsicle sticks

Optional:
chopped nuts
shredded coconut
sprinkles
mini candy coated chocolate pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Place any of the above optional ingredients into shallow dishes. They can be mixed, or placed in separate plates.
Put chocolate pieces into a small microwavable bowl and microwave 1-2 minutes until all chocolate pieces are smooth. Be careful not to burn.
Peel the bananas and cut into 2 large chunks each. Push a wooden stick into the cut end of each banana half, inserting the stick about half way.
Using a spoon and and blunt knife, spread chocolate all over each banana half until completely coated. Immediately roll each banana in the assorted, optional toppings.
Place the bananas on a waxed paper lined plate. Put into the freezer, and freeze until firm. If you'd like to save for another day, wrap each banana in plastic wrap, and freeze.
