• 1 ½ pounds lean ground beef
• 1 small head of lettuce (shredded)
• 2 tomatoes ( chopped and drained)
• 1 green pepper (chopped)
• 1pound bag extra sharp cheddar cheese
• 1 small Bermuda onion small (optional)
• 1 8 ounce bottle Catalina dressing
• 1 bottle KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce (original flavor)
• 1 small can Campbell’s pork and beans (drained)
• 1 bag cheese Doritos

Directions:
Directions:
Cook hamburg, drain. Add the pork and beans to the hamburg and add ¾ cup of BBQ sauce. Mix all together. Refrigerate.
When you are ready to put it together, add the Catalina dressing to all of the above ingredients (except the Doritos). Mix well. Add the Doritos last (as much as you want) and remix it all together.
If you mix everything together just before you serve it, it doesn’t get soggy.
