"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

• 1pound bag extra sharp cheddar cheese
• 1 small Bermuda onion small (optional)
• 1 8 ounce bottle Catalina dressing

• 1 small can Campbell’s pork and beans (drained)
• 1 bag cheese Doritos

Cook hamburg, drain. Add the pork and beans to the hamburg and add Ύ cup of BBQ sauce. Mix all together. Refrigerate.
When you are ready to put it together, add the Catalina dressing to all of the above ingredients (except the Doritos). Mix well. Add the Doritos last (as much as you want) and remix it all together.
If you mix everything together just before you serve it, it doesn’t get soggy.
