Step 1:
1/4 cup oil
2 medium onions, sliced
1/2 cup green onions
3 stalks of celery, sliced
1/2 lb. Mushrooms

Step 2:

3 tbsp. Sugar
1/2 cup soya sauce
1/2 lb. Beef strips

1 cup beef stock

Directions:
Directions:
1.Heat oil and add all ingredients in Step 1. Cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
2.Add ingredients in Step 2. and saute for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3.Add stock and cook until tender. Serve with rice.
