2 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 can vegetable soup
3/4 cup cracker crumbs
1 egg beaten
salt and pepper
2tbsp. ketchup

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and shape into a loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
