Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage. Boil Potatoes and slice. Slice 1 cup of onions and 1 green or red pepper. Salt and pepper to taste.

Butter baking dish. Add potatoes, onions and peppers, arrange sausage.

Mix 1 cup milk, 2 eggs, salt and pepper and pour over top.

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
