1 lb. can pink salmon
1 egg
milk
1 cup cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp poultry dressing
1 small onion
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put the cracker crumbs in a mixing bowl. Drain the liquid from the salmon into a measuring cup. Add enough milk to make 1 cup of liquid. Pour over crumbs. Add beaten egg and finely chopped onion. Mix in the salmon. Add seasonings. Bake for 1 hour in loaf pan at 325 degrees.
