3/4 CUP SUGAR
2 SAMLL EGGS (BEATEN)
3/4 CUP ORANGE JUICE

LINE 9X13 INCH PAN WITH WAX PAPER OR FLIL AND POUR BATTER INTO PAN.

TOP WITH:
1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR
2 TEASPOON CINNAMON
1 TABLESPOON GRATED ORANGE RIND
1/3 CUP NUTS

BAKE AT 350º - 30 TO 35 MIN OR UNTIL DONE.
