1 1/2 cups boiling water over 1 cup oatmeal.

1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup White Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter
2 Eggs

1 1/2 Cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Salt

Add Oats and Mix Well

Use 9x13 inch pan

Bake at 350 - 35 to 40 min.

Add Icing Imediately and borwn in broiler.

1/2 Cup Butter
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon milk

Bring to a boil and remove from fire. Add 1/2 cup coconut and 1/2 cup nuts.
