2 CUPS SUGAR

SEPARATE:

4 EGGS (SAVE EGG WHITES FOR LATER)

ALTERNATE:

1 CUP MILK
3 CUPS FLOUR
1/2 TEASPOON SALT
2 TEASPOON VANILLA OR ALMOND EXTRACH

MIX ALL TOGETHER

BEAT:

4 EGG WHITES UNTIL STIFF

FOLD IN:

BATTER INTO STIFF EGG WHITES AND MIX WELL
