2 TEASPOONS VINEGAR

COOK UNTIL A FEW DROPS IN COLD WATER FORM A "FIRM BALL".
POUR OVER

2 EGG WHITES BEATEN STIFF
1 TEASPOON VANILLA

Directions:

COOK FIRST THREE INGREADIENCE OVER MED HEAT UNTIL "FIRM BALL" STAGE AND THEN POUR OVER LAST TWO INGREADIENCE.
BEAT UNTIL STIFF AND CREAMY AND ADD CHOPPED WALNUTS IF DESIRED.
