1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp whole almonds
1 oz. bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1/4 c. coccoa powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
cayanne to taste (optional - I use roughly 1/2 tsp.)

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor, process the sugar and almonds until fine.
Add the rest of the ingredients and process until the whole mixture is very fine.
Keep in a closed container until used.

To use:
Add one tablespoon per cup of hot water/ milk/ soy milkºº
