2 Packages Chicken Parts
8 Sweet or Hot Sausage
4 Potatoes Cut into bite size pieces
2 Yellow Peppers Sliced
2 Orange Peppers Sliced
1 Yellow Onion Sliced
1 Cup White Wine
1 1/2 Cups Water with 2-3 Heaping Tbs Powdered Chicken Bullion Dissolved
Juice of 3 Whole Lemons
2 Cloves Garlic Chopped
Salt, Pepper & Sweet Basil (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
In Large Baking Pan lay Chicken & Sausage on bottom of pan.
Sprinkle Spices over meat.
Then add Potatoes, Onions, Garlic & Peppers over Meat.
Sprinkle more Spices over Vegetables.
Pour Chicken Broth, Wine & Lemon Juice over Meat & Vegetables.
Cook at 400 for 45 min.
Stir mixture in pan then cook for 30 min more.
