Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Measurements are approximate...add to taste and for the number of people...
Cream Cheese - 1 softened block
Sour Cream to taste - 1/4 cup
Mayonnaise to taste - 2 TBS
Ranch Dressing to taste (optional) - 1 big squirt or dollop
crumbled, cooked bacon (microwaveable pre-cooked is fine)
finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese -- 1/2 cup
chopped (use scissors) green onion stems
finely diced tomatoes (pre-done in grocer's produce area)

** Save a little of the green onion, tomatoes, cheese and bacon for garnish. You can just stick it in a little zip-loc baggie and sprinkle it on.

Directions:
This can be done the night before...it's really better that way. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise together. Stir in the bacon, green onions and cheese. Carefully fold in the chopped tomatoes. Refrigerate until you need it. Just before serving, toss the garnish on top. You can just put on half if you want to add the other later - to freshen its look. If this is a really casual event, you can skip the garnish altogether - for time savings... This is great with bagel chips, pita chips, butter crackers, toast points, etc... Probably also good with veggies, piped into cherry tomatoes, etc...
