1 large jar chopped pimentos (mashed)
1 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 large grated onion
Garlic Powder (to taste)
Worcestershire sauce ( a dash or two)
Pepper (to taste)
Mayonnaise (a tablespoon or so)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together (with your hands) and spoon into a jar to store in the refrigerator. Set out a while before serving so the spread will be soft. This is long lasting (several weeks) and will taste better over time. This is good over crackers, stuffing celery or on finger sandwiches.
