2 to 3 jalapeno peppers, seeded & chopped finely
4 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 eggs, beaten

Directions:
After you have chopped and seeded peppers, sprinkle them in a well greased 9 inch square pan. Cover with cheese. Pour beaten eggs over cheese. Bake at 350 º for 30 minutes or until firm. Cool completely and cut into ½ x 1 inch squares. Stick each with a toothpick and place on serving place. (For a double recipe, use a 13x9 inch pan)
