6 GARLIC CLOVES
1/2 CUP PINE NUTS
1 CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
3/4 CUP OLIVE OIL
SALT & PEPPER

Directions:
Directions:
Puree the basil, garlic, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese and a little of the oil in a food processor.Add the remaining oil gradually, processing until the sauce emulsifies. Season with salt & pepper.
