2 lbs ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 to 2 T. chili powder
2 to 3 t. ground cumin
1/2 t. salt
4 flour tortillas (7 inches)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chili's(not drained)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, cook beef and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add and mix in beans, chili powder, cumin, and salt. Transfer to a greased 13x9x2 baking dish. Arrange tortillas over the top.
Combine soup and tomatoes; pour over the tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350º for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
