8 T. butter
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Set oven to bake at 425º.
Measure 4 T. butter into each of 2 round cake pans and place in oven to completely melt butter-do not scorch. Lightly beat the eggs in medium bowl. To this add the flour and milk and beat together until well mixed. (Batter will be a bit lumpy). Divide mixture between the 2 pans in which butter was melted. Return to 425º oven and bake for 20 minutes. Serve with maple syrup.
